Thanks to Pikeman for the recipe.  This is some really good fish.

Out of the marinade to dry for a spell

This won't last two days.

I had to look at it twice Tater. It looks like you deep fried it. You got Bark on FISH!! Way cool my friend

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Yummm.  Looks most excellent.  Another thing I gotta try.
Somedays you're the pigeon, Somedays you're the statue.

I sure would like to try a chunk!  But in looking at the pix, might it be slightly overdone?

Tater

Rajzer, it's actually almost perfect.  I think the darkness around the edges is because the Soy Vey marinade is quite sugary.  The edges are just a little chewy but really delicious.  I think next time I will slice the fillets thinner to try to get the whole batch to that consistency.  It really is fish candy!

Wow that looks great! Wonder if Pikemans going to share the recipe.  ::)

Kirby has already shared the recipe.  It very simple.  An overnight marinade in Soy Vey then smoke em.  I am at work or I would look up a link for you.  I'll try later.

Nothing but Soy Vey man thats hard to believe! They are so beautiful and looks like they are breaded or a crust or something. Thank You.
