5.5 lbs of JODR
« on: September 05, 2012, 10:12:13 am »
A special friend of mine did a favor for me.  In return, I asked what I could do and he said he needed 5 pounds of Jan's Original Dry Rub.  I can do that!  For future reference, 4 batches per the recipe will yield 5.5 pounds. 1 batch yields approximately 1.375 lbs or around 2.5 cups.  Didn't know any of that until today.

Or send you to jail! 5.5 pounds=2.5 kilos.  Is that still illegal in Turkey? ;D
