Bradley cold smoker adaptor

I leave in Pa and once fall comes I know it is time to cold smoke.  I prefer to cold smoke after work so the sun is not an issue I also use the Bradley attachment.  When it is cool and sunny the temps can rise faster then you might think.  So like Habanero said if you do it in the day use the shade.    As a precaution I usually load in a metal pan full of ice to help keep the temps down.

I cold smoked some cheese today and set the PID at 75* and that's where the cabinet temp stayed without ice.

I likie to cold smoke at a cabnet temp of 80,,,,,,,,,,,,75 is good too  ;D
