And hit 140 at the 4.5 hour mark.
I've always heard you're supposed to be above the danger zone within 4 hours. This is a 14 pound turkey, brined, and smoker is holding steady at about 225.
Please don't tell me I've got to toss this bird...

Because your Turkey is brined you will be fine. Around 6-7 hours and it should be @ 165F and your done, don't worry
