Right now I just want to live next door to Mr. Ryan Mangum. ;D

I'm interested in those bags as well but I have a feeling they probably require a vac chamber rather than a vac sealer that most of us use.

Pat don't mess around.  Ever seen pics of his smokehouse?  YOW!  I am completely envious.

The bags are made out of the same material as the clear ones I use. They do require a chamber style sealer.

Never heard of a vac chamber. Figure its a commercial and expensive item though.

Here ya go viper. You can get bags on this link. This is the sealer we keep in the pantry for every day use. It does soups and all liquids too. That way we can lay the pouches down flat in the freezer to save space  :)

I checked out the link and thought the bags were real inexpensive. Couldn't say the same for the commercial sealers, :o but they apparently work great.

Great looking salmon Pat and the gold bags make a great look. I bet the doc was really happy.
