Hello everyone, My name is Joe. I'm from NJ. This is my first smoker. I have watched my friends use there BBQ smokers. I love the taste of smoked food.
My question is: does the reciept book offered by Bradey have good directions. ie how much smoke to use, the temp of the inside of the meat and so on.
Can anyone recommed a book? We love ribs, brisket, pulled pork Chicken. Well meat and chicken. LOL
Thanks for the help.

Joe

Another vote for  the recipe site.  Usually a few different takes on how to do it.  Try one then another the next time.

No right and wrong way to do it.   Well, if it ain't good you did it wrong or bought a bad animal.
