Hello everyone,

I just received my Bradley Smoker in the mail yesterday and I am attempting to smoke some ribs.

Question: What is the preferred temp and time length to smoke ribs. I am using a dry rub and will sauce and use apple juice. I am hoping for the fall off the bone type.

Also, when smoking ribs do you smoke them for the entire duration fo the cook i.e. are you supposed to have the pucks feeding hte entire time? Or, do you smoke for a couple hours and then just cook?

Thanks for your help and I hope these questions make sense.
