There seems to have been a bit of an issue supplying some of the different bisquette flavours in the pack sizes that people want here in the UK recently, I understand it has been due to output capacity issues in Canada which has now been resolved with the installation of additional manufacturing equipment?

Nice to see Bradley Smokers are so popular as to cause such as problem!  ;)

In any case I would just like to say thanks the the staff at Grakka UK for making up a 120 pack of Whiskey Oak flavour pucks for me as there appear to be an acute shortage at the moment particularly of 120 pack sizes. Grakka did give an assurance that the situation is getting better and supplies are starting to come through but I would just like to give them a pat on the back.....as always excellent customer service IMHO.

I have been away a few days and just noticed this post. I agree with Manxman regarding to service from Grakka. It is always a very personal service when you contact them.
