Brats

Sittin here sippin on some whiskey and got the itch to smoke so I'm smoking some brats with some hickory.  I know that sausage doesn't take long to cook so I reckon I'll let em smoke for about an hour and then keep the heat on em for about another hour.  Any corrections or recommendations?

Since the BPS is hard to regulate temps, your prob hot smoking at around 200. Look for a temp of the sausage around 165 (IT) Internal Temp of meat.

First time I've ever smoked brats, a lot different than beer boiled brats that I usually make but still delicious.
