Hello all, hope summer is going well. Can someone please point me in the right direction for a brisket recipe. I would like to try my first one tomorrow.
Rubs? Times? Techniques.
All that great stuff. Thanks in advance

Check the
Our Time Tested and Proven Recipes
board. There are a couple of listings under the Beef section, with pics and ideas.

Especially read what Pachanga says on the recipe site. The boy knows brisket.
