This is the practice run on this recipe for two peppers

Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers

PREHEAT BCS on PL05

Sauté sliced and diced sweet onion and mushrooms in butter over medium heat, in butter

Slice and dice half of a package of deli style roast beef

Slice a thin slab off the side of the peppers and clean out the ribs and seeds

Combine the deli meat with the onions and mushrooms

Layer the bottom of the peppers with a slice of Provolone cheese. Then stuff with meat mixture.

Cover the top with another slice of Provolone cheese

Place into preheated BCS on middle Rack. PL05 for 1:20. Turn on Smoke Generator set for 30 minutes. At the end of the time limit you should open the door and see this.

Remove from the smoker. Plate and enjoy!

Not a battle Joe. Just a very versatile little cooker. It is amazing all the ideas everyone is talking about with it.

Squirt you can do this without smoke. 15-20 minutes in 400 degree oven
