I just fired up the new smoker. Rack of ribs on top 2 shelves. Leg quarters on bottom 2. Pecan chips. My homemade rub. Took chicken out after 2 hrs and will finish on grill. About to put ribs in foil for 2 hrs with apple cider. Can't wait to see how they turn out!
