Dos pollos ahumados

Sorry no pics I was just too excited. Bottom line.....24 hours of my special brine, Jan's Rub, 2 hours of pecan smoke, and about 3 more hours crusing at 225*.

Took the BDS with us camping this weekend and it was a total success. The husband of the couple that went with us said that he couldn't stand white meat because it's always dry. He then tried a piece of the breast and couldn't believe how moist and juicy it was. Next time I'll be taking pics.
