i feel the fan being pushed out the sides more than anything im sure i will get a little more when installed now unto where im going to stick it lol thank you guys

I have a Jenn-Air with a fan that look exactly like that. I turned on my convection over, then opened the door to see which way the fan rotates. The fan shuts off when the door is opened, and so you can tell the rotation as it slows down. It rotates the way that Alan stated in Reply #11, rotating in the opposite way the arrow is pointing.

dont matter which wire i connect it wants to turn the same way have the fan installed now putting it back together
