Great weather day for smoking  in Montreal...Cherry smoked and cooked for 2hrs. on PL03...moist and juicy... :)

Nice legs!  One of the first things I did in my BCS was chicken and boy, was I pleased.  Loved the way the skin turned out!

Looks good, I love the way things turn out in the BCS.

Nice legs!  One of the first things I did in my BCS was chicken and boy, was I pleased.  Loved the way the skin turned out!

Joe, when I did the smokehouse rob turkey leg brine recipe I did the 12 hour dry on a rack in the fridge he called for to get crisper skin and I was actually able to eat the crispy skin right out of the 4 rack digital.
