Turkey Day Brisket

Heya Gang! New guy here. Sup?

Yeah so I had my BDS for bout a year and been a lurker here for about the same. Me and Maw and Paw have done quite abit of smoking on this gizmo and suffice it to say we were hooked on day one. We done a few smallish 4 pounder flat's in the past and they have been great. So we decided along side a Turkey on the Weber and a hamasourus in the oven. I'd do a Brisket in the BDS. Now So Off to Costco  my Paw went looking for a brisket. I'm in a wheelchjair and couldn't make the trip to the city that day. Welp he comes home with a 7.5 LB flat. Looks tasy and so we are set.

Frome this point forward I will Post my progress up untill completion.
