4 nice salmon fillets in to the fridge using Chinese Red Pepper and Orange Smoked Salmon
From aquaprieta (Björn).





I will smoke them Saturday, going to use Apple.
Bradley 4 rack Digital, 900 watt, Auber PID
Bradley cold smoke adapter
Char-Griller Smoking Pro BBQ Smoker with rotisserie
Brinkman Bullet Smoker

Custom Hard Cure Cabinet for Salami
One Auber Master Temp monitor and two remotes with probes, up to ten remotes can be used.

Finished 4 hours cook and 2 hours of Apple.
