A 5 lb belly maple cured and cold smoked, from Habaneros recipe for triple smoked bacon









This is hands down the best I've ever made

The belly stayed in the smoker at 75f for three days. The smoker needs to be safe from the weather for that time. Habs recipe works like a charm. Give it a try

Thanks will try this soon and yes my smokers ore out of the weather but cold here in Iowa

In the last 6 months I've done over a 100 lbs of triple smoked bacon. I would never cook my bacon's in the smoker again. Friends and family can't get enough. This week I'll be triple smoking 4 Easter hams.

Triple smoked ham sounds like a great idea. I just may try that this Easter also.
