NYC Strip Loin

Grilled NYC strip loin steak au poivre...with oven roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus...served with a Chateau Corkscrew Domingo Malbec-Cabernet Sauvignon blend... :)

Looks wonderful. Strange that I never got the invitation!  ;D We are going to actually do some camping in the RV this weekend and I might just have to make that exact same dish one evening over a hard wood campfire. Will probably have a different chaser though.

Excellent looking meal, that's a combination that we love, you can't go wrong with a strip steak, sparagus and taters.

Thanks STLstyle...and you're right...it's almost a foot but it seems like you guys(Georgia,Carolinas) are getting the worst of it from what I see on the news. :( 8)
