Quick and dirty puck savers

I'm sure I'm not the first to think of this and I'm kinda disappointed I didn't think of it sooner.

Directions:  take a bunch of tinfoil and smoosh.



You gotta make the sizes right though, otherwise they won't push the puck properly onto the burner or might jam up your SG.

They say it's easier to quit heroin than it is to quit smoking!

What did you use to shape your aluminum foil pucks?

I just did it by hand.  I rolled it on it's side on the counter to give it the sharp edges, and I did use a hammer to pound it down at times, but for the most part it was just by hand until I got the same dimensions as a bisquette.

...great idea...just made some and used the bisquette feeder tube as a guide/mold... :)
