Mulitple chicken?

This maybe a rookie question, but is it ok to cook more than one chicken at a time on a bradley?

For poultry you will want the vent 100% open.  Poultry contains a lot of moisture and you want it to escape the tower as quickly as possible.

agrees  with above and be sure it is  cooked through,,, depending on  what you want to believe and if i  remember right  USDA  says  chicken is done at 165 F... though my  tastes thinks 175 f to 180 f is  done...

I like to use vertical roaster racks so the cavity doesn't fill up with hot liquid when I take it out.

I use something like in the pic below for smoking poultry. The food safety chart says minimum of 165*F for poultry doneness.
