I just purchased a 4 rack Bradley digital smoker. I am not new to smoking (I smoked for years on homemade smoker), but smoking with electric smoker is a first. I am looking forward to smoking without all the work of maintaining a wood smoker.

I have learned a lot reading all the posts on the forum and want to thank everyone for sharing their knowledge. I know it will make my smoking adventure much easier, I know I will have many more questions, so thanks in advance. Being retired, I now have the time to devote to smoking.

Thanks again,
Bear
