Cheese Time

Been away from this forum and my smoker for a while but I figure since I finally got my smoker back in action after moving and the temp finally got cool I would smoke a bunch of cheese I bought a while ago.

Had a bunch of American, Pepper Jack and a little Cheddar that I got on sale this summer.

Smoked it with Cherry for a little over 2 hours then vacuum packed for the long wait in the fridge

Unfortunately I have no leftover to hold me over so I just have to look at it for a while  :'(
