If you are using a computer, the below link may help. You need to post your pictures to a hosting site such as Photobucket, then link the photos to your messages.

The below pictorial may be useful. Since that pictorial was posted, Photobucket has again change the procedure, but the pictorial is close enough to give you a good idea of how to post pictures on a forum.
