Hello everyone. Found a smokin' (HAHAHA) deal on a Bradley Original Smoker from a local Facebook group - $90. Cleaned it up, bought a cart off of Craigslist for another $60, a few accessories including a Maverick ET-733 from Amazon's "used" section, and I'm up and running! I used to smoke a lot of food with my dad years ago, and am just recently getting back into the hobby.

Smoked a few pork shoulders the other weekend and they turned out AMAZING. Used a store-bought rub and some sauce from a local BBQ joint here in my town. Smoked for 4 hours, and cooked at 220 for 18 hours total until the internal temp was at 190 degrees. Next I'm going to try a few chickens and a few racks of ribs.

Here's my setup and a few pictures of my first smoke:

Good job on the pulled pork and welcome to the forum. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Dang it, Adam!  I looked at your pics of the pulled pork.  (Really nice job.)  Now I've got a hankerin for pulled pork and there isn't any left in the freezer.   :'(

You're close by, MoHuka... I'm just south of Leavenworth.
