BBQAroma

Been using my Digital 6 Rack close to 5 years now. Mostly doing briskets, ribs, smoked chickens and the occasional ham and pastrami.
I am a reseller for Bradley and for the Australian's here, I am a retail shop stocking the smokers, cures and wood bisquettes. Realistically I am here to get some ideas as well as to get tips on helping my customers.
