Smoked Eggs

How long do you guys smoke them for? I made some last weekend for pickling. I also reserved some for deviled. I new it would be 4 or 5 days until we got around to deviling them so I vac sealed them to help keep fresh. The flavor is great but the white part is kind of rubbery.  My question is how long do you smoke them to get the flavor and not get to rubbery?

2 hrs at <90* F, hickory pucks.
