Grandson graduates high school Sunday 5/24, we're having a little family get together afterwards
Here's what I fixed up
Smoked at 210-220 till an IT of around 200 with the Special Blend bisquettes
Wife took them out of the smoker as I was at work when they finished, one she mixed with some honey bbq sauce, the other is naked
She made some macaroni salad and a potato salad
We'll warm everything up for the picnic
Forgot to tell her to take a pic when it came out of the smoker

Had to sample some when I got home from work, yummy midnight snack:

"I am a soldier, I fight where I am told, and I win where I fight."

The Man's Prayer: I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess.

My grandson Trent, he'll be taking Pre-Med classes at Iowa Western Community College

Here's the spread we had, everyone loved the pulled pork that I made
There was macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans, cupcakes, 3 different types of chips, etc.
