Just wanted to recommend the Backwoods seasoning made by LEM. Been using them for a few years to make venison sausage and this year I made 60 pounds of venison jerky in the smoker using the LEM jerky seasonings. For me, it is not worth buying all the stiff to make my own seasonings any more--this stuff is amazing and easy to use. All you do is mix it with some water--having the meat mixing box makes it even easier!
