Foiling mid-cook

For what it is worth, an easier way to foil cooking meat; put a large enough piece of foil on a spare shelf, take out the cooking shelf, place the foiled shelf on top of the meat, foil side down and turn the assembly upside down.  Remove the original cooking shelf and wrap the foil around the meat.  Gravity helps to remove the meat from the original cooking shelf.  You can now continue to cook by putting the new shelf with the foiled meat back into the Bradley of FTC your meal.  Made removing my Brisket easy.
