Brisket

Just finished a brisket out at the lake for the neighbours on Sunday. I think they all liked it
As it was the first thing gone. I used as a dry rub some spices I liker andhad handy and slow cookedit got 10hrs. It was only 5lbs. This was after 3weeks wet aging. First one I ever did and very pleased with results, thanks for the help.
