is it broken right out of box??

Every time i hit the oven to set the temperature all it does is beep as soon as the oven starts to heat it shuts off…grrr any suggestions?

The below link contains a lot of useful tips, and trouble shooting ideas. Which may get you up and running.
Bradley FAQ's

First, make sure all your connections are well connected. Especially check the sensor cord that goes from the generator to the oven. Make sure those connectors are free of debris, and that the connection is tight. You can open the generator and check for any loose connections. Opening the generator will not void your warranty. The below link will walk you through opening your generator.

I agree call Bradley. Habs, that info doesn't really apply the counter top smoker.
