My pulled pig today

2 -9 pounders  with jans rub. and since the smokers running. I had cut these off a loin a while back and thought it would be ideal to eat em today. About an inch thick and using a sharp knife cut a pocket in them. Stuffed with fresh asparagus(picked right before i stuffed them) feta cheese and of course sprinkeled with jans rub.
