Wow, now THAT'S a write-up!  Thanks for the very detailed instructions, including pics.  I switched to using pellets in my Bradley a couple of years ago.  If the cost of these homemade bisquettes comes out to 3-8 cents each, as you said,  I may look into making some.
How are you using pellets in Bradley? Smoker tube?

Yes, 12" A-MAZ-N Pellet Tube.

It's been so long since I used pucks that I don't remember. I do remember when I first switched over to the pellets that I was happy with the results and that's why I stayed with that method.
