New Year's Day Dinner

This is a tradition where I grew up in Tennessee.  Pork, black-eyed peas, greens, and corn bread.  Supposed to bring you luck for the coming year. 

My wife has the table set.



I smoked/cooked the pork butt in the Bradley 8hrs and then finished in a roaster in the oven to IT of 200*




And I made cornbread.



The good luck started with this meal.  It was all delicious, and now I have some wonderful leftovers.
