I just found this. Looks like a pretty good idea. I will probably give this a try when I get the time.

Good question. They really didn't give any info on that. I was thinking I would splice the fan to an old 12V cell phone wall charger I have lying around.

Amazon sells 120V PC cooling fans.  You could spice a power cord into it and plug it right into a receptacle.
