Have been a lurker for a long time so thought i would join and say hi. I have a Bradley portable propane smoker and today added a Bradley original smoker.  I have only smoked Salmon over the years so i figured its time to try all the meats starting with chicken and ribs. I actually had this plan 2 years ago when i grabbed an older wood  fired Bandera smoker - cleaned it all up and life got to busy again. Now that things have slowed down its time to enjoy and i thank everyone in advance for your ideas, help and contribution to this forum to help out the newbies as my self.
