Smoking Plate
« on: August 09, 2016, 09:42:40 am »
I was given the smoker 2 years ago as a gift. It took me 5 1/2 hrs to smoke a 2lb piece of bacon.
I tried to use it last night tfor the 2ns time, to smoke some cod, and the smoker plate to which the 2 wires are loosely connected
looks like it is swollen from the side and does not work at all.
Where can I get a new plate in the Toronto area please?
My cod is still brining and I do not want to ruin it!

Hi Bob and welcome aboard.

A new bisquette burner plate is $58 USD at Yard & Pool.  I don't know if they ship to Canada.

Being in Canada, call Bradley they will sell you one. They are pretty fast, but you should ask them to expedite it.

Bradley's general telephone number takes all calls to their call/service Center in the US.  Canadian customers are then served through the Bradley Office in Delta BC.  I recently ordered a few small parts and they were FedExed to my Calgary home - if I remember correctly the product was delivered in two days.  Excellent customer service!
