The baby back ribs were great last night, I used Galrna Street Rub and Sweet Baby Rays as a glaze, used my Char-Griller Smoking Pro BBQ Smoker  with indirect heat to cook, so good. They didn't last long.

Custom Hard Cure Cabinet for Salami
One Auber Master Temp monitor and two remotes with probes, up to ten remotes can be used.
