I have an original 4 tray Bradley smoker. Works great. Just got the cold smoker attachment and am looking forward to using it.  Assembly is easy but I've got a problem. The short power cord between the smoker and the smoke generator is too short to move the generator beside the smoker and insert it into the cold smoker. I haven't found a longer cord in Bradley accessories. Any suggestions?  I can't be the first person to have this problem. Thanks.

I suspect you would just plug the generator directly into an outlet, shouldn't need the oven element for cold smoking.

Hi Sbourn;

Welcome to the forum.

With the attachment you should have received a plug (sensor By-pass plug). Plug that into where the sensor cord should be plugged into on the back of the generator. This is only necessary for the digital smokers

Just unplug the short power jumper cord from the generator.  You don't need it plugged into the tower as you will not be using the heating element when cold smoking.

As for the thin sensor cord, Habs has given you good information for it.  Unplug it from the generator and insert the bypass plug.
