Can I get away with smoking more than one Brisket in the 6-wrack Bradley smoker?

Hi Akmoose,
I have smoked 3 briskets at once with good success.  I've also smoked pork shoulder, brisket and chicken at the same time with no problems.

Yes Akmoose you can smoke more than one brisket at a time. Like Chappy I've loaded all 6 racks with meat and smoked away. I've done Turkey, Pork Loin and Hams all at one smoke and everything turned out great. Enjoy.... ;D

That's why there are 6 racks instead of just one.   ;)

Lol Sounds great! I didn't want to overload the smoker like I have smoking salmon.

Any tips on prep of the brisket. First time for me.

Ok! Finally happened! Call it luck or maybe beginners luck but this Brisket was pretty amazing...

12lb
16-hours
10-hours actual smoke , Hickory and Apple alternating one Apple every three Hickory pucks.

EPIC!!!

Thanks much for the advice!
