Purchased 4 rack digital all good thus far.

Farmer 8000 acres crops 2400 sheep kids wife and horse and learning to smoke meat.

First cook pork shoulder 3.4 kg 6 hours smoke 9 hours cooked at 99c success hickory.

Last night barramundi smoked 1 hour at 105c alder success maybe needed at tad longer.

Sunday will do a beef roast of some sort.

All good set and forget functioning perfectly.

Yeah you can smoke lamb or mutton I'm sure.

Had no issue with 3.4 kg lump of meat.

Kinda learning as I go 

PS this verification before posting does give on the pips though

Glad to see you had a couple of successful cooks.

I've never went through the process, but others have reported the verification stops when you hit a certain number of posts. I believe that number is 10.
