I've been smoking for over 10 yrs. I have a gas smoker and a horizontal smoker. I'm looking at getting a Bradley. I've seen on different forums that they added pid box and a extra heating element but can't find how to install it.

Here is a link for the Auber PID single probe that I use in my Bradley it show how to hookup it all.

I see there is a 900 watt heating element. Is that about as good as hooking up a 2nd 500 watt element to make it 1000 watt?

Gafala

I did the 900watt and have not regretted. I used the single probe PID from Auber. Its the perfect setup for me.
