Hi everyone. While I'm new to this Bradley forum I have been a long time smoker (25 yrs+) and decided to buy my first Bradley Digital smoker to add to my collection. I am interested to hear and read all the advice on this forum. Also happy to share some of my experience. My specialty has been smoking fish of all kinds. Particularly Norwegian salmon and Manitoba goldeye. Also do a great pork back rib cold brined, smoked and served cold as appetizers.
