Meat Slicer
« on: January 21, 2018, 07:20:16 pm »
I plan on starting my bacon this week so I need to purchase a meat slicer. Would prefer to keep
It under $250 or so. Thanks

Thanks those threads where helpful, especially the last one.  Not sure why all of them didn't come up on my search.

I ended up making a jig to use when slicing the bacon for a temp solution while I continue to do some research.

i like the jig. i am cheap on somethings and i went and got a cheap valley 7.5" meat slicer it was under 70 cad i  used it to try it out for my first smoker task and pretty happy with it sure its not a 800 dollar slicer but for under a hundred bucks it good for as much as i use it
