Half rack spare ribs, and chicken wings with tips. Tips make good broth later. Got baked beans and smoked yams too! Using 8 Apple pucks plus Hickory and Apple pellets in my A-Maze-N smoker tube. Plan to supply smoke 4 hours on ribs, 2 hours on beans and chicken wings. I usually don't foil my ribs, so I'll finish them with just heat after 4 hours with no smoke. The yams are really good with light smoke, hour or less with a little brown sugar on top.

Dude! I live at the end of the earth, all down hill from here, but we will go down on a full belly! This is kinda how we roll in South Carolina! Kinda new to the Bradley World but I've had good luck so far, let you know after tonight's meal.

Looking good there BBQ Tom! Same question as watchdog, I was half way to your place earlier today, Fargo ND. If I knew sooner I could have turned around and made my way down.
Enjoy and good eating.
