Has any body ever added whiskey to summer sausage to give it a whiskey flavor? If so how much whiskey would you add to a 5 lb batch? Just want to try it to see if it is something I might like.

You might actually be able to light one up. That'd be a new way to smoke a sausage.
Give it a try!
