People what is the best casings for snack sticks.
I bought some LEM ones from Peavey Mart and they were extremely tough to rip.
Let me know.

When you say rip, is that before or after the smoke and cook?
If its before they are a bit tough if they are collagen, they get alot more supple after cooking.

I also find that the mahogany casings are tougher than the clear casings.
I had ordered them from a company out of BC at one point but I cannot remember who from
