Too cheeses

What are your favorite smoked cheeses ?
Any specific brands too?

Shasta bob

my favorite is horseradish and pepper jack from Rumiano in Crescent City , Ca.

Weber Gensis BBQ
Weber Baby Q
Smoke from thermoworks
Blackstone 4 burner

Habanero Smoker

Mine are Monterey Jack, Provolone, and Gouda. Also Halloumi when I can find it.

Hard to choose. All good.
A good sharp Cheddar or Swiss would probably be my favorite.

Get yourself a few coffee filters and smoke shaved parmesean adds a nice finish to a great cheese just remember to stir it every 1/2 hour or so to get the smoke to all of the cheese

Or buy blocks and smoke like any other cheese
