I haven't smoked since the 90's and shocked at all the new technology. I ended up getting a great deal on a used Bradley Smoker and figured I better join this forum to figure out how to use it..

I plan on smoking mostly fish, some red meat if I get to go hunting and maybe ptarmigan or grouse. That being said I'm open to smoking anything

Think Bacon, Pastrami, Pulled pork, Ribs, Ham, Sausages, Cheese, Nuts, Pickled eggs and on and on.You're on a good forum here,lots of help and good ideas.
